1.What this site is

This site provides general information about life insurance and offers a short coverage check. Its purpose is to help you understand your situation and, if you want, to connect you with a licensed life insurance advisor.

This site does not provide advice. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice, and nothing here is a recommendation that you buy any particular product or amount of coverage. Advice comes from a licensed advisor who knows your circumstances.

2.The results you see are illustrative

The figures shown after the coverage check are estimates generated from the answers you gave. They are for illustration only.

Specifically:

• They are not a quote. A quote requires full underwriting.
• They are not an offer of insurance and do not bind any insurer.
• They are not a guarantee of approval, price, or coverage. Your actual premium and eligibility depend on underwriting, which considers age, health, medical history, occupation, tobacco use, and other factors.
• They are only as accurate as the information you provide. Rough or incorrect answers produce rough or incorrect estimates.
• Rates and product availability change without notice.

No coverage exists until an insurer approves an application and issues a policy, and the first premium is paid. Using this site does not put any coverage in place.

3.Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Ontario, Canada. Our services are offered only in Ontario.

4.Being contacted

When you submit the form, you are asking a licensed advisor to contact you. You expressly consent to being contacted by phone, text message, and email about life insurance.

You may opt out at any time by telling the advisor, or by emailing privacy@zorionlife.com. We will add you to our internal do-not-contact list and stop reaching out.

5.Accurate information

You agree that the information you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that it is your own information or that you have permission to provide it.

Insurance applications rely on accurate disclosure. Incorrect or incomplete information on an application can result in a claim being denied or a policy being voided by the insurer.

6.Licensing

Life insurance in Ontario is sold by agents licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). Our advisor, Alicia Samuel, is a licensed life insurance agent in Ontario. You can verify any Ontario insurance licence through FSRA's public register of licensed agents at fsrao.ca.

We are an independent agency. We are not an insurer and we do not issue policies. We are contracted with multiple insurance carriers and are paid a commission by the insurer when a policy is issued. This does not change your premium. Your advisor will disclose in writing which insurers she represents and any conflict of interest, as FSRA requires.

7.Our content

The text, design, images, and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share it for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

8.Links to other sites

We may link to sites we do not control, including insurer websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their terms and policies before using them.

9.Availability

We do not guarantee that this site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law:

• The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on any estimate shown here.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

This section does not affect any rights you have under an insurance policy you purchase. Those rights are governed by the policy contract and the insurer.

11.Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

13.Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
